Delivery & Returns
Everything you need to know about getting your gift there — and what happens if something isn’t right.
Delivery. Every Gićenta gift is wrapped by hand and dispatched with care from our studio. As we are still a small company, standard delivery times may be slightly delayed.
We ship worldwide. Standard delivery is 5 to 10 working days, and every order comes with free shipping — wherever in the world it is going. All prices on the site are shown in US dollars (USD).
Import duties or local taxes, where a destination country charges them, are payable by the recipient.
Gift wrapping & notes. Complimentary ribbon gift wrapping and a handwritten note are included with every order. Prices are never shown on gifts or delivery notes.
Returns. If something isn’t right, contact us within 14 days of delivery with pictures.
Unopened, non-perishable items may be returned for a refund or exchange. Food, drink and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. If your gift arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours and we’ll arrange a replacement.
